  • I do work with clients in a therapeutic way, often using the most effective techniques I have found such as kinesiology and thought field therapy. Beyond that, we will establish an authentic human to human connection where I share strategies, techniques, and I may even challenge you, if I think it would be beneficial.

  • What I can do is help you feel, because underneath that, there is nothing to fix. If you have a belief of needing to fix yourself, you will be invited to look at why you feel that way. That is the resolution of it.

  • You may not yet have the tools, knowledge or right understanding to move into a different way in your life. If you’re concerned about this, let’s discuss it over a discovery call to see if I can help.

  • After committing the coaching program, which represents an intention to change your life, a change will be set in motion. If you show up, do the work, and commit to a new life, it’s likely you will start seeing significant changes in your life. By the end of the program, your could be a completely renewed version of yourself. 

  • There’s nothing wrong with having a busy life, but it’s a decision that you have to make. If you don’t feel you have enough space and time for this experience, however you want to prioritise it, consider where you can reduce your commitments to create more time in your life. The time investment for the coaching itself is approximately one 75 minute call per week.
