Redefine your career and live with purpose for high-performing men
What issues are you facing?
-
One sign of feeling unfulfilled in your career is a sense of emptiness despite outward success. You may have achieved significant milestones, such as a well-renowned job, a high salary, or material success, yet you find yourself questioning the value and purpose of your work. This internal conflict can create a feeling of disconnection between your external achievements and your inner struggle.
-
You may experience intense emotion states, such as anxiety or depression. These emotions can be triggered by the dissonance between your external achievements and internal sense of fulfilment. The pressure to maintain a professional facade while grappling with inner turmoil can intensify these feelings. This emotional burden can manifest physically, leading to exhaustion and affecting your overall well-being.
-
You may be experiencing chronic stress and burnout, as well. As a high-performing man, you may pursue jobs of great challenge, which can come with intense pressure and long hours. If you find yourself constantly exhausted, irritable, or struggling to maintain a work-life balance, it may be a sign that your career is not aligning with your deeper needs and values.
-
Experiencing a sense of isolation or loneliness is another common sign. Despite being surrounded by colleagues and having a professional network, you may feel disconnected from those around you. This can stem from a lack of genuine connection or shared values. You may feel unsupported or misunderstood in your professional environment.
-
A strong desire for change or a yearning for something more can indicate un-fulfilment. You might find yourself considering a different career path, exploring new interests, or considering education in a completely different field. This can often reflect a deeper need for personal growth and fulfilment that your current career is not providing.
Coaching for high-performing men
Hi there,
In our culture, high-performing men often find themselves taking on multiple roles and responsibilities. For some of us, life appears perfect on the outside, but feels empty and unfulfilling on the inside. High-performing men can have a great jobs, nice cars, and the admiration of their family, but still, they feel a deep sense of emptiness. If you're feeling lost in your career in this way, you're not alone.
Earlier in your life, you may have been motivated to achieve outward success driven by a sense of duty or expectations, especially from an influential figure like a father. You may have excelled in an elite high school, graduated from a top-tier university, or landed a prestigious job. Yet, something is still missing.
This internal conflict can manifest as intense emotional experiences such as anxiety or depression, physical ailments, relationship breakdowns, and even a deeper existential crisis. You may sense that something needs to change, but you're not sure what or how to begin. You might have explored methods in spirituality but haven't quite found your footing.
As you read through this website and if you feel drawn towards working with me, I invite you to lean into that curiosity. If you're not sure, consider what else you might need to feel supported. If you feel uninterested, know that there is another more suitable option for you out there, and you will likely benefit more from looking into other avenues.
My work is a culmination of my life experience growing up, landing a career as a management consultant, then leaving it all behind to become a kinesiologist, and now a coach. My role is to support you to access your inner guidance, which we all have access to. I use techniques from my experiences in holistic medicine, men's work, and many others.
If you're ready to redefine your career and live with purpose, then you're in the right place. There are plenty of ways to navigate this experience. You can request a discovery call with me to know more about my coaching program.
Thank you for taking the time to look into ways to support yourself. That itself is a huge step towards making positive change in your life.
Best wishes,
Nic Minosora

About me
I remember sitting behind my laptop on what I thought was an important video conference meeting, when I felt this surge of anxiety rushing through my body. I was three and a half years into a career as a management consultant, and looking back on it now, I stayed far too long. I was anxious, stressed, lost, and I felt completely helpless.
I spent much of my adult life preparing for this line of work. It was important for some people in my family that I do very well in business. I moved to a highly competitive school when I was younger, and I learnt how to do well to get praise from my father. However, it wasn’t until over 10 years later, after doing an undergraduate, a postgraduate, and then becoming a “very successful” management consultant that I realised, I needed to change something in my life.

I do work with clients in a therapeutic way, often using the most effective techniques I have found such as kinesiology and thought field therapy. Beyond that, we will establish an authentic human to human connection where I share strategies, techniques, and I may even challenge you, if I think it would be beneficial.

What I can do is help you feel, because underneath that, there is nothing to fix. If you have a belief of needing to fix yourself, you will be invited to look at why you feel that way. That is the resolution of it.

There’s nothing wrong with having a busy life, but it’s a decision that you have to make. If you don’t feel you have enough space and time for this experience, however you want to prioritise it, consider where you can reduce your commitments to create more time in your life. The time investment for the coaching itself is approximately one 75 minute call per week.
